Jennifer Morgan’s Workshop - A Great Experience! The workshop presented by Jennifer Morgan was a great success. One of the attendees shared the following email after the workshop: “The only thing lacking in last Thursday’s workshop, The Universe is Telling Stories: Great Lessons and Storytelling with Jennifer Morgan, was a feedback sheet so I could say how much I enjoyed her presentation! Thus this email. Jennifer gave an excellent presentation. In her work of distilling the great stories she is doing a huge service to educators, Montessorians in particular. The materials she has created with Waseca are excellent! It was a very worthwhile day. Thank you for producing it!”

The following letter was received after our Spring Seminar, April 28-May 1, 2011. “A very good morning to all my wonderful Instructors and the administrative staff at PCTE, I would like to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for putting this program together and guiding me through the course. It was definitely an overwhelming year for me, but I was determined to finish this course and make myself proud, YES! I did it! Thank you very much for all the wonderful moments at PCTE. Hugs! “ February 24
The Universe is Telling Stories
Presented by Jennifer Morgan, PCTE instructor and storyteller and award-winning author of Born with a Bang, From Lava to Life and Mammals Who Morph Dear Colleagues, Educators, and fellow Montessorians -
Click here to RSVP “My Mission: To deepen our love and understanding of the universe. Science is handing us an extraordinary origin story … a story we all share, not only with every human, but with every living being, our earth and the entire universe. It’s a new story — indeed, we only learned the age of the universe within the last five years — and we’ve only barely begun to grapple with this new understanding of a universe more dramatic than we ever dreamed of before.” — Jennifer Morgan Click here to learn more about Jennifer Morgan. TCNJ And PCTE Do The Math To Create A Dynamic Master’s Program In a time when it seems views on education divide the American population Princeton Center Teacher Education and The College of New Jersey are multiplying their options by adding each other to their respective programs! The two educational institutions are embarking on a joint venture so students who graduate from PCTE with an American Montessori Society Early Childhood or Elementary credential may complete a Masters in the Art of Teaching at The College of New Jersey. The PCTE credential qualifies them for an advanced 18 credits towards the MAT. This is wonderful opportunity for teachers who want to earn a Masters in the Art of Teaching along with Montessori pedagogy. Upon completion, candidates are eligible to take the PRAXIS for New Jersey State certification. The Montessori course begins in June 2011 after which the students begin a year internship in a Montessori school. Upon completion of PCTE requirements they are granted an AMS credential. For more information, contact Ann Wilson, Director of Princeton Center Teacher Education at 609-924-4594 or email at awilson@pmonts.org.
